A tranquil meditation altar arranged on a low, pale oak platform beside a large window, featuring a smooth white ceramic bowl filled with water, a single pale pink lotus blossom floating at its center, and a slender sand-colored candle unlit beside it. Soft early-morning daylight filters through sheer linen curtains, casting delicate, elongated shadows across the wood grain. In the blurred background, neutral-toned cushions and a folded linen throw suggest a quiet retreat. Photographic realism, captured at eye level with a shallow depth of field, emphasizing the shimmer of water and velvety petals. The mood is serene, sophisticated, and gently uplifting, perfect for conveying rising calm and inner stillness.

About

Rising Flow Wellness grew from my own search for softer ways to heal. I’m Stacey, a meditation guide and gentle movement facilitator based in Westlock, Alberta. For years I pushed through stress, anxiety, and chronic tension by trying to “do more,” until my body finally insisted I slow down. Through mindfulness, breathwork, and intuitive rest practices, I learned that real healing doesn’t have to be harsh or heroic—it can be tender, spacious, and deeply kind.

My approach is simple and accessible: I create calm, welcoming spaces where you don’t have to perform, fix yourself, or be “good at” meditation. Instead, we practice noticing the body, softening the breath, and meeting our experience with curiosity. Sessions may include guided meditation, grounding visualizations, gentle stretching, and small rituals that help your nervous system feel safe again.

I believe wellness is not about perfection—it’s about relationship: with your body, your breath, your emotions, and the seasons of your life. I honor trauma-informed principles, move at a slow and respectful pace, and always invite you to choose what feels right for you. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or returning after a long pause, my intention is to help you rise softly, flow more freely, and discover that you are already whole, right here, as you are.

A neatly arranged meditation corner with a round, charcoal-gray wool meditation cushion placed on a textured natural jute rug, set against a smooth, warm white wall. A slender, matte black metal shelf floats above, holding three carefully spaced river stones stacked in a balanced tower beside a small frosted glass bowl of dried lavender. Late-afternoon golden hour light streams in from the left, creating a gradient of soft highlights and shadows that accentuate the textures of wool, jute, and stone. Photographic realism, shot from a slightly elevated angle using the rule of thirds, with a gentle bokeh effect in the background. The atmosphere feels grounded, refined, and quietly luxurious, evoking gentle stability and mindful presence.
